These course works were also useful for me to understand the human anatomy and how to layout the character poses for character design in games and animations (this was also useful when modelling a 3D character with a skeleton in Maya or other 3D programmes).
I've also used varieties of mixed media including pencils, charcoal, chalk, water colour, oil pastels, and also ink to draw the character poses in life drawing.
